11.18.13, Low Carb Diet Journal

My weight is the same as yesterday, 142 lbs.

I enjoyed a full pot of decaf coffee and added heavy whipping cream to all four and a half cups.

I wanted to get a workout done today but when I got ready to do it, I did not feel like it.

When it came time for lunch my husband reheated the other half of my leftover New York steak and I made us each a salad. Both of our salads were made with romaine lettuce, celery, cheddar cheese, and our homemade vinaigrette dressing. I enjoyed my salad first and when my steak was warm, I ate it. My meal was plenty and I was satisfied when I finished it.

I was in the mood for coffee so I made me another pot of decaf. I enjoyed two cups with heavy whipping cream.

My husband made us each a pork chop for dinner. He also removed a baggie of slightly steamed broccoli from the freezer that he previously made and warmed it up. I was served a pork chop and a bowl of broccoli with butter drizzled over the top. I ate my entire pork chop and about a half of my bowl of broccoli because I was full.

About me

I'm Teri and I am 54 years old. I have been fighting my weight since I was fourteen, dieting my way all the way up to 236 lbs. I started my weight loss program on March 3, 2008, and at that time I was unable to get into the largest pair of jeans I owned, size 18W. I have lost close to 100 pounds, and I now wear a size 4 jeans. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I could have ever imagined and I did it without starving or depriving myself in any way.

I am getting myself into better shape and my goal of becoming fit and healthy is getting closer every day.
