CM: 2 cups of black coffee

CM: Pork chop, green beans w/vinaigrette

RM: Salad w/ranch, fried hot dogs, green beans w/vinaigrette, and a Haagen Dazs chocolate ice cream bar

I forgot to take my GTF chromium and drank plenty of water.

Exercise
None other than to walk around the house

My Day
I don't remember how my day began other than it did begin with coffee. Since my surgery on October 30, I have been drugged out on pain medication and have not felt like doing anything.
