CM: 2 Pork chops and green beans w/vinaigrette

RM: Salad w/ranch, carne asada burrito w/beans & cheese, green beans w/vinaigrette

I took my GTF chromium and drank plenty of water.

Exercise
None other than to walk around the house

My Day
I don't remember how my day began other than it did begin with coffee. Since my surgery on October 30, I have been drugged out on pain medication and have not felt like doing anything.
