Weight fluctuations
I have noticed that if I weigh myself more than once per week it drives me crazy. Several years back I nearly drove myself stone crazy with on the scale, off the scale activities daily. This time on CALP I will weigh in Saturdays only. I have been known to abandon CALP based the scale as opposed to how my clothes fit.
