CM: Salad of romaine lettuce w/bacon bits, cheddar cheese, sauteed shrimp and ranch

RM: Salad of romaine lettuce w/ranch, 3 breaded chicken strips, and green beans w/vinaigrette

I took my GTF chromium and drank plenty of water.
