My Day
My day began at 8:15 a.m., to the smell of coffee. My husband was working at home and got up before I did, so he made the coffee.

I knew I was going to my folks house so I began my exercises as soon as I finished my coffee. It was the first day I attempted to exercise since my surgery and I was actually looking forward to it. I was so afraid that I would not want to start exercising again because every time I have stopped in the past I did not restart. I wasn't sure how far I would get and was rather surprised to complete the whole thing.

I had so much to do to get ready since I was packing for my visit to my folks house as well as a two day trip to the race track with my husband. I decided to eat lunch before I left home since there are limited choices for a CM lunch.

I put on a pair of my newly washed brand new pair of size 14 jeans and headed to my folks house around 3:15 p.m. I new if traffic was normal I would not make it until around 5:00 p.m., but that was alright since my sister was hanging out with my grandma while my mom was playing Maj Jong. When I got to my folks house my mom was already home and my sister had left about ten minutes before I arrived.

I was not happy with my new jeans when I arrived at my folks house and when my sister arrived in a pair that looked two sizes too big for her I had her try them on. She really liked them so I gave them to her. My sister had picked up some jeans for our dad and mom owed her money so she told me to collect the cash from our mom.

My parents went out to dinner and called me when they were at the restaurant to see what they could bring me. It turned out that the stuffed chicken was delicious and I ended up getting something my grandma could share with me.

Grandma is doing really well since she got a new Hospice nurse. The new nurse checked with grandma's doctor and the two of them took her off a bunch of medications. Grandma is eating again and not having the nausea that she had been having for the past six weeks or so.

I also have good news regarding my mom. Mom got a call from her doctor telling her that the biopsy on her breast is clear so she will not be going through another round of breast cancer treatment.
