RM: Salad of romaine & iceburg w/avocado, bacon crumbles, colby cheese & ranch, leftover Mexican steak w/bell peppers & onions, rice, beans, & a flour tortilla plus Motrin

Mile 1: 15 minutes of non-stop muscle moving steps to get you started

RM: Salad w/avocado, bacon bits, colby cheese & ranch, Mexican steak w/bell peppers & onions, rice, beans, & a flour tortilla plus Motrin

Postponed until Wednesday

My Day
I woke up at 8 a.m., to the sound of the radio, since I needed to have it on all night to block the noise of traffic. Living in the country is very different than living in the city since I am not used to the sound of traffic anymore. Now if the noise would have come from chickens, sheep, or goats, I would not have even heard them.

My Day
I woke up at 7 a.m., to the cell phone alarm. We were at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma for the Buell Track Day. My husband and his business partner were scheduled to ride the track all day and had their first meeting scheduled for 8:15 a.m.

I woke up around 8 a.m., and shared my dad's pot of coffee with him. I was able to drink my two cups and then began my exercises so they would get done.

Since I am writing this four days later, I cannot remember what I did on this particular day. I know that I spent the entire day at my folks house since I was staying until Sunday afternoon.
