Leslie Sansone, Walk at Home, Walk Slim, Fast & Firm! 4 Really Big Miles w/toning band.

Mile 2: Faster pace - a 12 minute mile
Mile 3: BOOSTED walking - a 10 minute mile
Mile 4: Add the firm Band for a big muscle BOOST - 15 minute mile
I completed all 4 miles with the firm band!

I woke up with my back feeling much better. I believe the ice pack that I used the day before helped since I was actually feeling better that same night.

The plumber was expected and I didn't know if he was going to shut off the water so I got started on my exercises right away. He arrived while I was right in the middle of doing them so I had my husband ask him if I had enough time to finish my exercises before he turned off the water. The plumber informed my husband that he was not going to turn off the water until he returned on Tuesday so I could complete my exercises and get into the shower anytime I felt like it.

I was going out of town and my plan was to leave my house by 11 a.m. I decided to eat my lunch before I left so I reheated my steak and grabbed a can of green beans so I could add my vinaigrette dressing to them. I don't normally eat that early but I knew that if I didn't eat before I left that I probably would not eat until dinner.

I had my middle daughter load the one sheep that we had at our house into the trailer the night before so I could take him to the auction. I picked up my oldest daughter and we took the sheep to the auction and then continued to the city where the other ones were located. The other sheep are at my ranch that is close to my folks house. My daughter and I went to visit my folks while we waited for my dad's friends to get off of work so they could help us load the rest of them.

We visited with my folks until my dad went into his tv room. My mom had a woman coming to deep clean her kitchen so my daughter and I ended up helping her. My dad went to the ranch and told me that he would call me when his friends arrived. I left my daughter to continue helping with the cleaning while I took the trailer so we could load the sheep. We loaded all eleven of them and then took the three lambs out so they could finish growing up on the irrigated pasture.

I returned to my folks house and when my daughter was finished with the work she was doing, we hopped into the truck and headed to the auction with the rest of the sheep. We unloaded them and then we were able to begin our trip home.

I was going to meet my husband in town for dinner but it was so late that I dropped my daughter off at her home and then continued on my way home. My husband had dinner waiting for me when I arrived, so I made myself a salad, and began with that. I fixed my plate with rice and then added the chicken, mushrooms, and sauce on top. I dished up the broccoli and my plate was perfectly balanced with protein, carboydrates, and vegetables. I was completely satisfied with my meal and continue to enjoy this way of eating.

About me

I'm Teri and I am 54 years old. I have been fighting my weight since I was fourteen, dieting my way all the way up to 236 lbs. I started my weight loss program on March 3, 2008, and at that time I was unable to get into the largest pair of jeans I owned, size 18W. I have lost close to 100 pounds, and I now wear a size 4 jeans. My diet and exercise program have me feeling better than I could have ever imagined and I did it without starving or depriving myself in any way.

I am getting myself into better shape and my goal of becoming fit and healthy is getting closer every day.
