Information and support for low carb and gluten free eating.

This site is intended to help you learn about aspects of low-carb dieting. Founded in 2008 by Terilyn Curry ("LowCarbForLife") as a way to keep track of her weight loss journey, it has expanded to include low-carb and other recipes, sample menus, and other helpful information.

Teri also describes her Lasting Lifestyle Change Guiding Principles which have helped her stay motivated, satisfied, and enthusiastic in her quest for lifelong weight loss.

Teri has found that carbohydrate and insulin control was a key component in her lifestyle change, and the Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program ('CALP') provides the dietary changes needed for her to control her appetite and stay satisfied while losing weight.

Site Information and Credits

The site is built using Drupal, an open-source CMS. We are using a modified version of the Acquia Marina theme.

Teri's husband, Michael ("DarlingHusband"), acts as webmaster, photographer and master chef, for which Teri is eternally grateful.
